Since I was a child, I learned that there are many factors that make you a successful salesperson.” Natalia understands that communication, respect, and honesty are essential parts, and she listens to people’s concerns and needs carefully to build trust – all of which definitely help make a positive impact. “My parents have taught me the value of hard work, discipline and responsibility. My education also plays a significant role, where you learn the necessary tools and skills to excel in this competitive world.”

TRAVEL AND ADVENTURE

Natalia was always fascinated with travel and adventure. Real Estate lets her explore that side of looking and searching. “When growing up, especially since I was a little girl, I showed a diverse set of interests and dreams. I really wanted to be a business owner, I loved to make my own environment and provide for my community. On the other hand, I have always been fascinated with traveling and adventure, I wanted to travel around the world!” Her degree in Business Administration from Uruguay has provided her with a foundation and skills she learned such as business principles in marketing, administration, organization, and problem solving that she uses in real estate. “My multicultural background and education have also built a global perspective that helps define who I am. I appreciate cultural differences and adaptability which, I believe, are very important facts when working in a very diverse Real Estate market.”

Listening to concerns and perspectives lets Natalia understand people’s needs. “Clear communication is essential for negotiations in any field. My background helping people to learn English (I speak fluent Spanish, Portuguese, along with some Italian & French) and embracing different cultures created enthusiasm to make a positive atmosphere and helps me to always encourage others! I love to adapt to new circumstances and environments and collaborate to create a pleasant and enjoyable workplace.” Natalia is originally from Uruguay. Her grandparents on her mother’s side were Italian, and she is of Spanish descent on her father’s side. Growing up with both cultures was a unique experience and set a strong foundation for being able to relate to everyone from all walks of life.

FINDING JOY IN HELPING OTHERS

Natalia has various hobbies that bring lots of joy to her life. “I love biking! It is more than just a hobby, I love to explore, connect with nature, see new places, I really enjoy the feeling of freedom and adventure!" Natalia is also passionate about animals and she contributes to local animal shelters as well as fostering and rescuing them at every opportunity. “I love my pets, I wish I could do more!” First and foremost, Natalia has always had a passion for helping people. “I think that finding your dream home is one of the most significant investment decisions you can make.
