About Sophie & Gabrielle

SOPHIE SCHNEEBERGER learned early to carve her own path in life- raised by her single mother and the only US born member of her European family, she sought experiences that would build character. Two years with the Peace Corps in Mali, West Africa led to teaching English in rural southeast China and then 5 years working aboard cruise ships where she met her now husband JP, from the Philippines. With no ties to the area and a rare freedom to pick anywhere on a map, Sophie and JP chose to build their lives in Jupiter.

Since Sophie’s arrival to the Northern Palm Beaches in 2016, she’s not only built a reputable name for herself in real estate, growing a successful career now reaching more than $63 million in sales, she takes pride in being a real estate investor, and loves taking on a home renovation project. She’s been featured as a real estate knowledge contributor on NBCs the TODAY Show, and is now seen highlighting local lifestyles, businesses, and real estate as host of the EMMY nominated and Telly award winning show American Dream!

Sophie’s involvement in her community is endless- she’s held leadership roles with several local nonprofits, hosts events in the neighborhoods she frequents, sits on the board of her HOA, is an active referral partner for other business owners and entrepreneurs, and enjoys highlighting local businesses on social media. She’s been known to spend too much time chatting with neighbors while walking her dogs and has even been spotted knocking on doors in search for that perfect home for a client!

FAMILY BUSINESS

Born and raised in Martin County, Gabrielle is one of the few true South Florida locals you’ll find. Growing up watching her “Meemaw” run a successful real estate brokerage, she started accompanying her on appointments at the impressionable age of 10 years old. Gabrielle was able to learn quickly from her grandmother’s incredibly ability to interact with her clients, and she started forming opinions on the state of the market as a child. Gabrielle has fond memories of she and her siblings with paintbrushes in their hands as their Meemaw taught them the ins & outs of flipping houses.

NEGOTIATOR
Gabrielle’s path toward a career in real estate didn’t end there- Graduating magnum cum laude from St Thomas University, Gabrielle earned her degrees in Communications and Fashion Merchandising, giving her a keen eye and passion for home staging and interior design. She was scooped up by multiple Fortune 500 companies, working positions in sales & marketing for large accounts and handling contract negotiations with vendors.

CONSTANT COMMUNICATION
Already equipped with a lifetime of experience in all aspects of real estate, it was a natural transition when Gabrielle started her real estate career in 2014. From start to finish of a transaction, Gabrielle understands how to best prepare a home, maximize the marketing, and remain in constant communication while she firmly negotiates for her clients. She’s often thanked for her no-pressure demeanor while proving that she cares deeply for her clients’ well-being.
