With that said though, Echo Fine Properties has a lot of different paths you can take as a Real Estate Professional, and Mike is all about thinking outside the box. EXPERIENCE

“The Real Estate business is filled to the brim with impossibly stressful situations, both on the client’s side and on the Realtor’s side. It is my job not to diminish those situations—they are inevitable—but to help you prepare for them so thoroughly that they will almost become background noise to you.” Mike is a firm believer that experience is life’s greatest teacher, and he often shares his own war stories from his own lengthy career in order to help agents understand how to navigate the modern business world. Mike has vast prior experience as a mortgage loan officer. He partnered daily with Real Estate Agents to assist home buyers with moving into the next big chapter of their lives. Other skills Mike has acquired throughout the years include staying on top of the latest technology and instant, disciplined follow-up skills. “If I can’t use a computer properly and I forget to return your call, then how am I supposed to get you to take me seriously? I cannot expect you to treat me with respect, unless I treat you the exact same way.”

ON THE GOLF COURSE

When Mike is not busy in the Real Estate world, he still loves good competition, albeit a much more leisurely and relaxed one. He chooses to spend his spare time on the golf course with his friends and family members.“For me, golf is the best sport when it comes to exercising both your body and your mind. You have to really train yourself to execute a proper swing correctly, and you have to seriously think before you swing. If you’re even a little off when aiming, it can be Game Over!” To Mike, golf and Real Estate are very similar in many ways. “Nothing will get accomplished unless you just make it happen!” His greatest passion is spending quality time with his family, his loving wife Lori, and his two adult children, Justin and Megan. He also has 2 adorable puppies, Rocky and Lucy by his side that keep him busy and young at heart.
