Noah Schneier runs ECHO Fine Properties’ 100% in-house videography department. He always aims to not just put our best properties in the spotlight, but also to innovate and push Real Estate social media to a whole new level of storytelling! “What first got me interested in videography is the fact that it is the perfect combination of art, science, theory, and business,” Noah explains. With a degree in Motion Picture Technologies from PBSC and decades of experience in photojournalism, video editing, and business, Noah is seasoned and ready to make your home look spectacular for your next showing or open house!

Another passion and business venture of Noah’s here at ECHO is his active participation and input into our newly formed ECHO Yacht Brokerage. An avid fan of being on the water and the yacht business in general, he brings a boatload (pun intended) of expertise and knowledge of yacht sales to the company, and we aim to serve all of your high-end yacht purchasing needs!

FEARLESS FLORIDA MAN

Even when Noah has spare time, he is still doing videography, Florida Man style! And we mean that in a good way! Noah is super into diving deep into everything the Sunshine State has to offer. From the various beaches and coral reefs of our bountiful oceans to the countless coastal towns along with the restaurants and mom-and-pop shops, and even, yes, the swamps, Noah has seen, done, and filmed it all. He even helped shoot footage in the alligator-infested Everglades on foot in the pitch-black night. “If I can handle alligators, I can certainly handle your homes and yachts, and it is my absolute joy and pleasure to do so!” Noah both works 24/7 all year, and not a single day at the same time. As the saying goes, “You never work a day in your life if you do what you love!”
