Violetta Kashapova

“3. Violetta is a very responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and caring realtor. She also knows a lot of people in the industry and connected me with a fantastic mortgage broker. The two of them explained the whole convoluted buying process to me like I'm 5 y.o. To make it all crystal clear, they provided me with all the numbers and calculations of monthly payments, etc., which was super helpful. Also, there was a situation where the seller was living abroad and tried to put their sales tax responsibility onto me. Violetta caught it buried in all the paperwork and totally foiled the attempt by making them provide the required forms and docs. I would gladly work with her again! ”
