Alan Kneller has been part of the Real Estate world for about 40 years. In New York, he owned a real estate appraisal company for roughly 25 years, while also managing properties and building and rehabbing homes. When he moved to Florida 19 years ago, he earned his Real Estate license and brought that full range of experience with him. After some time away from full-time work, Alan is excited to join Echo Fine Properties and put his decades of know-how to work for buyers, sellers, and renters. "I have always loved selling people what we were offering," he says, and that passion has shaped every chapter of his career.

Alan has spent a career selling, most of it through his own businesses, and he is proud of it. "I love turning a no into a yes!" he says. His approach to negotiating is rooted in listening: "I believe I am a good negotiator because I am a good listener." He enjoys finding a happy medium where all parties can find common ground, so every deal can leave everyone satisfied. His appraisal, property management, and building and rehab background give him a practical understanding of value and of what a property needs to shine. Business courses taught him organization and how to speak with people, and he takes pride in keeping things organized and following up with every client.

Alan's work ethic comes from his father, who worked in sales. From him, Alan learned to be a strong businessman and, just as importantly, to conduct himself in an ethical manner. The two shared a love of sports, and Alan still remembers their conversations fondly, noting that "his advice was always helpful." Those lessons guide how Alan treats his clients today. If you asked him to describe himself in three words, he would choose loyal, honest, and ethical. Alan also believes in teamwork, and he brings that mindset to every transaction: "a team can work better than as an individual," accomplishing more and helping each other along the way. He has also been generous in supporting a number of charities.
