CASABLANCA TO JUPITERYasmine Hito was born and raised in Casablanca, Morocco. She moved to the U.S in 2003 as an International Student in the pursuit of the “American Dream”. Home ownership in Morocco is important. Not only does her culture encourage it for investment, but it's special in everyday life. Each room in the house is customized with many handmade pictures, fixtures, and furniture made by locals. At a young age she knew she wanted to work in Real Estate because she understood the importance of investing in the market as property goes up in value and is the center of family joy. And what better way to learn about Real Estate than working in the industry yourself? She decided to take the big leap of faith and move to Palm Beach County to make that dream a reality. South Florida is known for its exciting array of diversity and rich cultural heritage. Yasmine speaks French, Arabic, and English, so you can definitely say that she is well versed! Yasmine’s diverse cultural background sets her apart from other Realtors because she knows how to accurately communicate in different languages and understand the unique needs and preferences for her clients, while catering to a variety of personalities and backgrounds.

Yasmine graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from San Francisco State University in California. Mission accomplished!! Yasmine’s degree gave her a good foundation in business from finance, marketing, economics, and operations, while also learning the importance of leadership and ethical decision making. She spent 14 years in California, and had the chance to be part of the "melting pot" of a very diverse society, especially the Bay Area (home to every American high-tech and Social Media Company) where she also lived and worked. There was every ethnic group you can think of. That by itself helped shape her personality and understanding of cultural differences and needs. As a trusted Realtor, Yasmine uses her expertise and knowledge of the business side of Real Estate and combines it with her personable attitude of understanding everyone’s viewpoint to make each and every client feel important, create win-win negotiations, and offer more than just a transaction.BEAUTYThere’s beauty in making your client happy! Yasmine worked as esthetician at an upscale boutique-style spa for several years and later sold cosmetics. During this time, she learned how to listen to people’s needs and help them achieve their goals. However, it was her dad and grandfather, also small business owners, who at a young age taught her the importance of being honest and trustworthy. Just like in Real Estate, it’s all about the client. From start to finish, Yasmine uses her strong negotiating skills, honest judgment, and positive attitude to ensure a smooth process. LOVE AT FIRST SIGHTJust like there is beauty in every home, there is beauty in every community! And there is no place like sunny South Florida (okay we may be a little biased!). Yasmine fell in love with the Jupiter community many years ago. Yasmine, her husband Safwan and daughter Shereen live in Sonoma Isles in Jupiter. Yasmine knows the local school system and all the hotspots to get clients acclimated when purchasing. She loves sitting in her backyard and watching the beautiful sunsets every day, especially on the warm summer days! In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends at a waterfront restaurant and thankfully there are plenty to choose from!!
