Ranch Colony is gated community located approximately 4 miles west of I-95 and the Turnpike in Jupiter Florida. This 24-hour manned, gated community features 257 custom built homes, built in the 1960’s of CBS construction, and is spread out over five distinct subdivisions. The five subdivisions within Ranch Colony are; Tailwinds, Ranch Estates, Ranch Acres, Old Trail and The Links.

Tailwinds subdivision is an airpark community designed by pilots for pilots with a 2,700-foot lighted and paved runway suitable for small planes and jets. Homes are located on 5-7-acre sites with hangers that can also accommodate RVs and additional vehicles. All homes have access to the runway whether it be direct or indirect. You don’t need to own a plane to live here but most people do.

Ranch Colony’s Old Trail subdivision is perfect for the golf enthusiasts.
