MOST IMPORTANT JOBIt’s not every day that you meet someone who wakes up with a passion in their hearts for the job that they do. Andrew Seifter wakes up with his heart beating for Real Estate. Jumping into the corporate working world fresh out of college, Andrew was managing a staff of 200+ in the busy Atlanta, Georgia restaurant industry. It was quite the surreal experience managing employees from all backgrounds, experiences, and ages, but it was a breeze for Andrew’s hard-working personality! Andrew knows how to work and manage stress in a fast-paced and high-stakes environment. The reason he left? He was getting married and wanted to start his most important job yet – family. Which meant it was time to get home for family dinners.
PRO TO PASSIONFrom the managing side of the restaurant industry, Andrew switched to the sales side, working for Sysco selling products to restaurants and then transitioned into working as a buyer for restaurants. From all of this experience, Andrew has become a pro at managing, sales, and buying which all led him to his true working passion: Real Estate. The personalization and family forward aspect of Real Estate is what pushes Andrew to be passionate about his work. He wants to help people use Real Estate as an investment vehicle, and he loves the fact that it allows him to meet all sorts of people from all walks of life.THE VISIONAndrew grew up wanting to be an attorney; ironically, he is the middle child sandwiched between two brothers who both are practicing attorneys. His family is everything to him and the move to Real Estate is a big deal for them, as it allows him to be able to work hard and also be present with them. When his parents asked if they could move in just 3 doors down, Andrew happily said yes! His wife Cara and him were high school sweethearts and have been together since they were 16 years old. They now have their sweet son Noah and new baby girl Andie who they enjoy taking on long walks in the beautiful Florida sun. Andrew’s goal is to have a good balance in life. He wants a big family and as the forward thinker that he is, he uses the vision he has for his family and works for that in everything he does.
BEST OF THE BESTWithin the Echo family, Andrew works closely with our owner, Jeff Lichtenstein as part of the upper management team and inside sales team. He works on the house listings as well as operating as his own Real Estate agent. He is the ultimate helper for the Echo family, assisting our pod with showings, training, marketing, and more!
