Just as he loves to dress, he takes the same pride in the details of marketing, listening to a seller's needs, and shopping for builders he represents on speculation homes - and he always helps put on those final touches. Whether that's designing a perfectly tailored suit or staging a luxury spec house, Craig is a pro at it.

THE EARLY BIRD
Craig wakes up at 4:30 am. He hits the gym, eats breakfast, and is at the office before 6am. This lets him get ahead of the competition. While other realtors may be sleeping, Craig is working - and has already completed two hours of work before the next broker walks in the door. Craig is competitive and relentless, he knows when to be persistent and when to back off. Craig provides his clients with a true white glove experience that puts a smile on their face.
SIBERIAN HUSKY & WORK ETHIC
Craig meets every challenge with quiet determination, a trait he learned years ago. In the 6th grade when he decided he wanted a Siberian Husky, his father made a bet with him to keep A’s and B’s. He ended up with a perfect 4.0 and a beautiful Siberian. Thanks, Dad!

PAST SALES
After graduating from Cleary University in Michigan where he excelled in corporate finance, Craig decided to move to Florida at his sister’s request, who was already living here. He immediately found opportunity with one of the largest hedge fund companies in the U.S. and sold over $15 million in properties at only 23. Now in his 30’s, Craig has facilitated hundreds of successfully closed transactions north of $300 Million and wears every hat from showing property to final negotiations. From start to finish, he closely attends to every detail to ensure a smooth and enjoyable closing experience.
