Jon is one of those few people that you immediately know is the right guy for the job. Jon was in the healthcare field for over 25 years after his Grandpa Bernie got ill with kidney failure. While taking him to treatments he taught Jon important business lessons, like work hard, love what you do and make sure you always take care of clients the way you would want to be treated. “I made it a point to always put the customer first! In healthcare there is a sense of urgency, every second counts. Why don’t other businesses practice this same principle?" This has guided Jon through his many businesses. Returning a phone call from a client IS a must - and as quickly as possible. Meeting someone and being on time, a must. There should be no another way.
“Sales is often a team effort”, says Jon. He is an avid player of the sports Pickleball and Tennis, both very cooperative sports. Jon is outgoing, kind, and competitive. He has 2 boys; Chad 26 and Brent 22. Both are successful in computer technology jobs and love to play Pickleball with their father. They also enjoy outdoor activities like water skiing and snowboarding. Jon’s Dad worked in sales for 57 years as the consummate salesman. He taught Jon the importance of building strong relationships with people you do business with. Jon’s favorite teammate is his wife of almost 30 years, Cindy.
HARDWORKING RUNS IN THE FAMILY
Jon always put the customer first and the customer centric way he ran his businesses is the same way he carries out his real estate sales relationships. His grandfather spent many years in the real estate field on the West coast of Florida. "Pursuing a career in real estate in some ways brings me full circle, back to him." They spent many hours walking on the beach, discussing land deals and development work. They had a very unique relationship. Being able to honor his grandfather by being in a field he loved, makes it near and dear to Jon’s heart.
