THE MAIN THING

“The main thing is to keep the main thing the main thing.” That is Christian Hill’s mantra that he lives by, just as his father, who was also a successful Realtor, did. “It means that at the end of the day, my top priority is to make sure that the deal closes above anything else,” he explains. With vast expertise in the Northern Palm Beaches and many years of business and financial experience, he will not rest until you are home right here in Sunny South Florida!

NEVER QUITS

Hailing from the Midwest, Christian comes from a family of incredibly hard workers. “It started with my Grandfather, who worked long hours at the steel factory. Quitting was never an option to him, and the same goes for my mother and father after him, and of course, me.” Taking great pride in his unstoppable work ethic and drive to get the job done, Christian never quits—especially when it comes to helping you buy or sell your home!

A PEOPLE PERSON

All throughout his college years while studying finance, Christian waited on tables well into the wee-hours of the night. That absolutely requires strong people skills. After graduating, he spent years working in various high-level positions. These include working as a financial newsletter publisher, a copywriter, a Director of Marketing, and even a Chief of Staff/COO for a marketing company. These experiences prepared him for the world of Real Estate, which calls for many of the same skills. He enjoys every second of it, as it’s an ongoing and exciting journey of making people happy and bringing them home.

THIN LINE

Christian’s strongest superpower is his ability as a negotiator. He is a master of getting the lowest price possible from the seller without making them even remotely upset. “It’s a very thin line to get the price down enough while still keeping everyone happy.” And indeed Christian keeps within that line.
