Your Wish will come true when you work with Phineas Wish! Growing up, Phineas (you can call him Phin) always had a desire to go into business. Both his Father and Grandfather had started their own companies with great success. They had a way of looking for opportunities that others missed, a trait Phin quickly picked up spending time with them. Phin is collaborative, follows directions, listens, and executes to a tee. He follows up with everyone and never hesitates to pick up the phone. He takes the time to really understand what his clients are looking to get out of a Real Estate transaction. When it comes to people he has an unusual 6th sense of understanding and that benefits clients when he's coming up with solutions and handling negotiations.
A REAL ESTATE AGENT IS BORN
Shortly after graduating college Phin went to visit some family in Philadelphia. His uncle, who is a developer, took him to see his new project. As Phin walked through these beautiful townhomes in Rittenhouse Square, he became fascinated. He took an interest in new developments and the changing character of neighborhoods. As an agent Phineas can combine his love of Real Estate with his passion for helping others. He loves to ski, train in martial arts, play golf, and is an active member of Mirasol's pickleball club.
RESOURCEFUL AND WISE
Phin started his career in hospitality management where he spent his time managing a variety of restaurants leading and coordinating teams. Time management was key as there was little room for error (just like with Real Estate) and he developed a strong appreciation for providing a great experience. Phineas also majored and earned his degree in philosophy. This combination means he is very wise AND excellent with numbers. Phin can quickly size up complex comparables and even commercial real estate details. These skills have allowed him to better understand and successfully help clients through negotiations and at every stage of the Real Estate transaction.

Phin knows the Palm Beaches well as they are a very special place to him. Since he was young, every year he would see his family for holidays and knew this is where he wanted to be. “I think people are happier here and for a good reason.
