Born and raised up north in Long Island, New York, she used to vacation at her grandparents’ residence in Delray Beach starting at the age of five. Not missing the bitter, icy cold back home, she, along with her parents, decided to turn their number one vacation spot into home, full time! “We have not looked back since, enjoying everything from the cute coastal towns, sandy beaches, friendly people, and above all else, the year-round sunshine!” Nicole explains with a smile.SHARP MINDNicole is always on top of the deal, and at least two or three steps ahead.
