Growing up in Tarrytown, New York in the beautiful Hudson River Valley, Letty wanted to star in Broadway Musicals. But her dreams were dashed when she sadly came to the realization that she couldn’t sing. However, Letty sure can hear. She listens to her client’s needs and desires, and that helped her navigate the reality of the Real Estate world with over 20 years’ experience. She also credits listening in negotiation. "Hearing the other party lets me often disarm them and it helps me get what my client wants." Letty has always loved exploring different neighborhoods and looking at homes, and has valuable experience in the mortgage industry which is an incredible bonus for her clients as she can offer important help and advice regarding financing.
WORK ETHIC
Letty got her work ethic from her parents. They came to the US as immigrants and started working the day after they arrived. “My father stopped working at age 70 and influenced me greatly by setting an example of being a good citizen, loving the country, and working hard. He left his country at 40 years old without knowing the language and was able to make a beautiful life for his wife and 2 daughters.” Thanks to her parents, Letty works with integrity and patience in all situations.
PAUSE
If you ever see Letty pause, that is her way of working through stressful situations. “I pause and look at all the facts and emotions.” Letty likes to make a plan to handle any difficult situations. Her corporate travel career allowed her to work with many different types of people with a variety of personalities, and this experience helped her to learn how to fix any problems that may arise in any kind of transaction. Her planning helps her in negotiations too, as she researches the situation and prepares accordingly. Letty makes sure to convey respect for the other party whilst being firm in the final goal for her clients.

Letty loves South Florida and hearing nature - birds chirping and waves crashing. “I love walking along the beach and enjoying the area we live in. It makes me realize we are part of a much larger world!” She also enjoys cooking, checking out new restaurants, reading motivational books, and catching first run films. She likes to hear about different experiences and cultures. When asked if she is fun to work with, Letty says “Heck Yeah!
