Jake fondly remembers his father telling exciting and invaluable Real Estate stories at the dinner table since the time he started Grammar School all the way to adulthood. “The most valuable lesson I learned from my father was that there is always a way to the finish line. Cover all your bases, be persistent, and think outside the box—always!” Jake knows the area inside and out—from Wellington to Jupiter, with extensive knowledge of the Downtown West Palm Beach market. He is all about the art of negotiations so you can get the best deal possible. “My client comes first—always! When you hire me, I promise you, you will be getting more than a Realtor. Unlike most, Jake opts to never to work from home, preferring to be either in the office or out in the field. “I love being around people—and learning from them.” Jake is eager to learn; he is hungry to gain knowledge. He is very much a dynamic person, looking to grow on an ongoing basis. He is a firm believer that being out on the field is the best way to better himself as a Real Estate Professional. “It’s a never ending journey. There is always something new and exciting to do in this line of work, and I love every second of it!” In just two years, Jake closed the deal on over two-hundred homes.
NEVER STOPS MOVING
When Jake is not out and about helping people move into their dream homes, and can find him moving his own body. An avid runner, tennis player, golfer, and pickleballer, Jake enjoys getting a solid workout with his girlfriend and two dogs. Another passion of his is giving back to the community by helping animals in shelters find new loving homes. Just like he loves helping his clients—helping you—find new homes full of love and ready for beautiful memories to be made.
