GRANDMA MI MI

Elizabeth Rosenthal is one hard worker with exceptional experience. She previously worked in banking, assisting wealth management clients with residential and commercial transactions. This eventually turned her attention to the world of Real Estate. No matter what her job is, she always does it thoroughly, and does it right. She acquired her philosophy of working hard and mastering her profession from her Grandma Mi Mi. “My grandmother was industrious, creative, and had an incredible work ethic. I would not be where I am today without her wisdom and teachings.” Grandma Mi Mi ran multiple family businesses over her long career, including a bakery, restaurant, and a retail chain, while also practicing as a buyer for a local department store. Awestruck by her grandmother’s unstoppable drive for getting ahead and sharpening her skills, Elizabeth followed her passions. First she pursued her dream of designing clothes in her youth, and then became a banker. Still, she hadn’t found her true calling until she found her love for Real Estate! Many years and countless successful closings later, she is still going strong as a Realtor, with the intent of going full speed ahead for a long time to come.

CLIENTS GALORE

If there’s anything Elizabeth has always been talented at, it is making connections and turning them into long-term clients. While working in the financial industry, she has worked with an endless number of customers looking to take out mortgage loans. “My experience in finance has been very helpful. Earlier in my career, I was a lender for mortgages and unsecured loans. In later years, my experience in wealth management included portfolio loans and private mortgage solutions,” she recalls. While working with Citi, Elizabeth even opened a new financial center of her own! Obviously, this gave her a leg up when transitioning from working in finance to Real Estate. Armed with impeccable social skills, an unrivaled negotiating ability, and decades’ worth of clientele, Elizabeth is second to none in the Real Estate industry. “My clients are my number one priority, always. I often still write handwritten letters as a means of following up.”

A FAST LEARNER

When Elizabeth went into Real Estate, she strived to not just be good. She wanted to be great! And in order to be great in Real Estate—or any business for that matter—it is imperative to be able to adapt, and to adapt quickly; to be able to adjust to the rapidly and ever-evolving market. She is like a chameleon, lightning fast at learning in order to stay relevant. For example, when she first got her Florida Real Estate License, she immediately took the initiative to learn the area inside and out. An expert in the Jupiter area and the heart of the Palm Beaches, Elizabeth has got you covered! Furthermore, her experiences in both the clothing and banking industries instilled important lessons she uses even now. Working with clothes taught her how to understand good taste and the art of staging something together in a neat, organized, and beautiful fashion—such as a home. While working in finance, Elizabeth gained a deep insight into mortgages. Consequently, she came to realize exactly what to look for while representing a listing client and how crucial meeting deadlines are.

She is great at thinking outside the box, driven to be the best in her line of work, and a skilled communicator. With a vast background in art, clothing design, finance, and most importantly Real Estate, she is truly a one-in-a-million agent. When Elizabeth is not busy kicking the competition and helping her clients—helping you—find the home of your dreams, you can find her spending time stargazing out by the lake with her husband and beautiful family.
