Palacio is a unique community within the Country Club at Mirasol. Homes in this section are the largest in Mirasol real estate and are situated on the largest sites with some of the best lake & golf course views within the Club.
Palacio Mirasol homes are situated at the northern edge of the development. The community sits behind its own luxurious fountain and entrance although it is not gated. Once inside, Via Palacio the main street has an eastern side and a western side. This is the only location in Mirasol like this. Homes on the western side may have lake views across the biggest lake on the course which sits next to the 14th hole on the Sunset course. If you have a home on the northern side of Via Palacio West, you will have preserve views and overlook the par-5, 15th hole of the Sunset course.
Heading over to Via Palacio East, on the northern side you will once again have preserve views but on the south side you will overlook the par-5, 17th hole of the “Sunrise” course. The Honda Classic was played on these courses for 3 years.
Homes in Palacio range in size from nearly 5,000 square feet to around 8,000 feet of custom built splendor. You might consider Palacio real estate if you are seeking the largest of homes in Mirasol. The best in construction from Mustapick, Gordon Homes, Pinetree, Provident Builders, Sabatello Companies, Courchene Development, Frankel Estate Homes, Kenco, and Taylor Morrision were constructed here. Typically, the homes have between 4-6 bedrooms with 6 or more bathrooms. Of course all homes have private pools.
These homes are the showcase homes in Mirasol and typically have floorplans with double front doors and interiors laid out to appreciate the views of the golf courses and lake.
Mirasol is the newest luxury country club in Palm Beach Gardens and joins others like BallenIsles, Old Palm and PGA National. Being located in Palm Beach Gardens means Jupiter is just 10 minutes to the north and the International Airport is just 15 minutes to the south.
