Entering the western main gate of Mirasol, Palm Beach Gardens’ newest luxury country club, you proceed down Mirasol Boulevard under towering date palms and spreading live oaks toward the Grand Clubhouse. As you reach the intersection of Mirasol Boulevard and Mirasol Way, with the Club entrance in front of you, Via Paradisio is on your left. Turning onto Via Paradisio, you find the 46 single-family homes called Paradisio.

Homes in Paradisio are located between the par-4, 7th hole and the par-4, 9th holes of the Sunset course. Leaving your home here, you proceed east and then make a quick left to take you right into the Club which consists of 50,000 square foot Grand Clubhouse, Olympic size pool with poolside dining, covered driving range and Esplanade Spa and Fitness Center with 15 tennis courts.
The architectural style along Via Paradisio is Mediterranean inspired which is consistent with all of Mirasol homes. Luxurious inside, they will have granite counter tops or other fine stone, custom built-ins, faux finishes, fireplaces, Saturnia marble floors, gourmet kitchens with center islands and crown moldings.
If you are considering a home for sale in Paradisio, there are even more great features. Other fine country clubs like BallenIsles, Old Palm, Frenchman’s Creek and Old Marsh are only 5 to 10 minutes away. The cultural attractions of City Place and The Kravis Center as well as Worth Avenue shopping are about 20 minutes away as is the Palm Beach International Airport. Have friends in Jupiter at a club like Admirals Cove? They are just 10 to 15 minutes to the north. So make sure to keep this community on your short list of prospects.
