Talavera is nestled between the lake of the 17th hole on the Sunrise golf course, the 18th hole, the 1st hole and natural preserve areas are the 29 single family homes of Talavera Place. These homes have some of the greatest varieties of views within Mirasol real estate. If the home is located on the north side of Talavera Place you will have lake and fairway views of the par-5, 17th hole. You might want to consider a home for sale in Talavera if you would like a larger estate home close to the clubhouse on a street with fewer residences than other streets.
