The long and winding road down Country Club Drive leads to the wonderful boating and golfing community of North Passage. This gated subdivision consisting of 252 single family homes and townhouses was developed in the early 1990s and is ideally located along the riverfront, canals and golf course.

Access to the community is easily reached from I95 to Indiantown Road to Island Way to County Club and left to the gate house. The streets in North Passage, Tequesta, Florida 33469 are Deerberry Place, Fairview Circle, North Passage Way, Riverfront Terrace, Water Oak Court, Water Oak Place, Wild Pine Place, Woodhaven Lane, and Woods End Place.
