The smallest townhomes run from 1400 square feet while single family custom homes along the river have over 4,000 square feet. Many of these Tequesta homes have their own private boat dock and lifts. Access to the community is easily reached from I95 to Indiantown Road to Island Way to County Club and left to the gate house. The streets in North Passage, Tequesta, Florida 33469 are Deerberry Place, Fairview Circle, North Passage Way, Riverfront Terrace, Water Oak Court, Water Oak Place, Wild Pine Place, Woodhaven Lane, and Woods End Place.
