Often people looking to settle in South Florida love the idea of a condo on Singer Island with its fantastic view of the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal coupled with carefree living.  Some however feel intimated by the size of the condos and feel the amount of residents within the tower is just too vast.  Smaller more intimate towers are available but typically at expensive price points.  In 1974, Seagrape Singer Island was constructed giving a boutique style condominium to the face of Singer Island at an affordable price. Seagrape consists of 60 units 2 bedroom/2 bath units.  It’s unique in being an oceanfront condo with a direct walkway right out of the living are to the beach.  Seagrape is more like a residence than condo situated on the beach.  For those who enjoy privacy, these Singer Island condos are a wonderful choice.  Resort extras abound.  Resort style heated pool with spa, large paver pool deck, clubhouse with kitchen and grilling for BBQ are available.  There are also tennis courts, social room, shuffleboard and putting green.
