Singer Island has long been one of Palm Beach County’s best known oceanfront communities. Stretching from the Lake Worth Inlet on the south to John D. MacArthur State Park on the north, Singer Island is a collection of condominiums facing right on the Atlantic Ocean.
In the middle 2000’s, a choice piece of property became available that Toll Brothers snapped up, and on this site, they constructed Ocean’s Edge at 5050 North Ocean Drive. This building has only 40 exclusive, oceanfront residences. They range in size from about 2,800 square feet to nearly 8,000, although most are in the 3,000- 4000 square foot range.
While many of the other Singer Island condos focus on placing a large number of units close to the ocean, these are different because there are a limited number of condominiums each full of luxurious appointments. These limited luxury units feature amenities such as valet, concierge, theater room, porte cochere entrance, air-conditioned private storage, and private elevator to each unit.
If you’re looking for an oceanfront condo, you might be wondering about the location. Ocean’s Edge is centrally located in the middle of Singer Island so to the south you have access to downtown West Palm Beach, City Place and the Kravis Center or travel north through the John D. MacArthur State Park before coming into the heart of Palm Beach Gardens. Palm Beach Gardens is known for its fine golf country clubs such as BallenIsles, Mirasol, and Frenchman’s Creek. Once on the mainland, fine restaurants such as Waterway Café, The River House and Carmine’s are convenient and shopping at The Gardens Mall is as well.
