Arbela is a community of Sewall’s Point that is of single-family homes with most of them being directly on the waterfront. This community dates back to 1929 with the first home being built and has been added to over the years with the last property being added in 2014.
Homes here are spacious with anywhere from three to seven bedrooms and built on lots starting at a third of an acre and ranging to well over an acre. You won’t pay a HOA fee here so no restrictions mean you can landscape how you want, bring the pets, and park extra vehicles.
Sewall’s Point is a wonderful town of Martin County Florida where the town is dedicated to its wildlife and trees. Many parks are located through the town with Indian Riverside Park holding monthly concerts and the Town Commons Park where you can enjoy wide water views and even enjoy fishing.

Everyday conveniences are easy to come across with grocery stores, shopping plazas, and restaurants and with just a short drive you can be in other wonderful towns of Martin County including Stuart and Port Salerno.
