The River at the Bluffs has 363 homes built by legendary builder DiVosta Homes in the mid-1980s. It is situated in the middle of the “Jupiter Action” off US1 between Donald Ross and Indiantown Rd. All homes are 1,889 living square feet, built by concrete block, have very large 2 car garages and consist of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a loft that can be converted to an office, storage or extra living space.
The community surrounds a large lake and has 14 homes with private docks on the Intracoastal. The River at the Bluffs has one of the lowest monthly HOAs for a single-family home community in Jupiter, which includes cable, on-site management, lawn care, and common area maintenance. It’s also a very dog friendly community so you can bring along your furry friends!
