Looking for an oceanfront condo on Jupiter Island? One building you should consider is Tequesta Towers.
Condos in Tequesta Towers are located only about one-half mile over the small bridge that connects Jupiter Island with the mainland and the Village of Tequesta. This is a tall building with 11 floors and 4 units per floor. These higher floors will have sunrise views of the Atlantic and sunset views over the Intracoastal Waterway with the famous 150-year-old Jupiter Lighthouse.
Amenities at the building include new balconies and railings, new paver driveway and parking area, underground parking, pool, outside grilling area, new landscaping, new lobby, and new elevator cabs. And in such a luxurious building, units will typically have upgrades like granite counters, marble or hardwood floors, crown molding, and stainless-steel appliances.
Those units located at 400 Beach Road on the north end of the building have unobstructed views north up Jupiter Island, since there is no building on the north side, and you will overlook Coral Cove Park with its guarded beaches.
A little further north on the Island, The Nature Conservancy owns a 73-acre parcel known as Blowing Rocks Preserve, which is named for the “blowing rocks” along the Atlantic where, when big waves come ashore, they can shoot 40 feet or more in the air through blow holes. Fishing is great along the beach with mackerel, pompano, bluefish, and snook being regularly caught. Further out in the ocean, sailfish, dolphin, and wahoo are the most common game fish.
All your lifestyle needs can be met in the Village of Tequesta with a Town Hall, post office and public library. 20-30 minutes to the south you can reach the cultural centers of West Palm Beach and the Palm Beach International Airport. These are all good reasons to consider these Jupiter Island condos.
