About The Regency

Head east across the small bridge that leads from the Village of Tequesta to Jupiter Island, a tropical paradise of wide beaches, clear water and swaying palms, and you will find quiet estates and oceanfront condos. One of the first oceanfront buildings you come to is The Regency.

Condos in The Regency are located at 250 Beach Road near the southern end of the Island and all 40 units in the 8-story building face directly onto the ocean. Views to the east look over the Intracoastal Waterway, a natural preserve area, and the famous 150-year-old Jupiter Lighthouse is visible from the higher floors. The two and three bedroom, two baths units have around 1,300 – 1,500 square feet of living space. Right on Jupiter Island and little north you will find Coral Cove, a Palm Beach County park with guarded beaches, a playground and picnics areas, and there is seldom a crowd here. Further north, The Nature Conservancy owns the 73-acre “Blowing Rocks Preserve” where the ocean waves pound against the rocks on shore before spraying as high as 50 feet in the air. On the Intracoastal side of the Preserve, hiking trails take you through the restored natural vegetation.
