Tom Fair is a small community in a great Hobe Sound area that is close to everything needed for active families. The homes within Tom Fair are large and affordable single-family homes with attached garages and spacious yards.

Just 2-minutes away is the William G. “DOC” Myers Park it has soccer fields, baseball fields, basketball courts and tennis courts. There is also plenty of space to picnic and take the dog for a run. There are also the J.V. Reed and Zeus Parks with even more sporting facilities, there are four tennis courts, baseball diamonds, sports fields, a children’s playground and more places to picnic and read a book.

If you need to go shopping, downtown is just 10-minutes away. There you will find all the necessities such as a Publix Super Market, Redbox, hairdressers, Anytime Fitness, Sunoco Gas Station, Wells Fargo Bank, Winn-Dixie, hardware shops, mechanics, McDonalds, Catfish House and many more family restaurants. Super convenient!

If you feel like going further afield, head to the Hobe Sound National Wildlife Refuge, there are 1000 acres of amazing bush, wetlands and beaches to hike around. If you want to be part of the preservation of the turtles that make this area home, you can join the sea turtle walk program. You need to sign up in April, and then on lovely summer evenings in May and July you can be part of the magic!

Both the A1A and the US-1 roadways are close to Tom Fair, so commutes are hassle free. In just 15-minutes you can be on an amazing beach on Jupiter Island or head a bit further south to get to Tequesta, just over 20-minutes away.
