After years of construction, developers say the last buildable property in Jupiter is now fully developed.

Developers say the 20-home neighborhood, Symphony in Jupiter, is now finished, with just one home remaining on the market.

Real estate experts say available residential land in Jupiter, particularly east of the Turnpike, has become increasingly limited as development continues across northern Palm Beach County.

Craig Heger of Echo Fine Properties said buildable land in the area is increasingly difficult to find. “I’m bullish on Jupiter. I think the next 10, 15 years you might have a run like Palm Beach did because all the celebrities, the athletes. It’s an understated wealth. People like to be here, and it’s not overly flashy.”

Jupiter remains among the more expensive housing markets in Palm Beach County, with median home sale prices in the mid- to upper-$600,000 range, according to local market data.
