Hurricane Ian, a strong Category four storm with one hundred and fifty five mile per hour winds was the third deadliest storm to hit the U.S. mainland this century behind Hurricane Katrina.
Now people everywhere are banding together to provide support to the communities devastated by the storm.
Volunteers from all over the country are handing out water, ice, food and supplies to impacted residents in southwest Florida.
Echo Find Properties,A South Florida real estate company recently delivered nearly thousand peanut butter and jelly sandwiches to pantries in Fort Myers, Cape Coral and Pine Island. The company’s president, along with a team of over seventy five agents, asked the community to bring in supplies to make the sandwiches. As of today, the company says they have made approximately 4000 additional sandwiches and plans to make another trip to the West Coast of Florida tomorrow.
