4-Hour Update on the Simple yet Effective PBJ method

Today is the second time that this is actually happening. employees here have already delivered over 1900 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches just this past weekend, the sandwiches are being taken to different churches in both Cape Coral and Fort Myers. The founder says that during the first trip the sandwiches were delivered to linemen, FEMA workers, and just ordinary people who have lost everything.

It’s packed with protein, it’s 450 calories, and also packed with a sense of hope as those living on the west coast work to rebuild.

If you’re watching at home and want to help, Echo is also accepting sandwich donations Monday through Friday here at their office in Palm Beach Gardens from 9 to 5.
