Palm Beach County identifies the project as application ABN/Z/CA-2025-01117 under control number 2017-0059. As of September 2026, the application is scheduled for consideration by the Palm Beach County Zoning Commission on September 3, followed by the Board of County Commissioners on September 24.

Because those hearings are still pending, Victoria Village should be described as a proposed development rather than an approved residential community. The final plan could change during the review process.

Amenities

A final private amenity package has not been announced for Victoria Village. At this stage of the development process, there is not enough verified information to identify a clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness center, sports facilities, or similar features as part of the future community.

The surrounding Haverhill Road area provides access to established public recreation and everyday conveniences. Nearby destinations include shopping and services along Okeechobee Boulevard and Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard, along with parks and recreation facilities throughout central West Palm Beach.
