The Estuary in Stuart is a community made up of a mixture of homes including condos, single family homes, villas, and waterfront homes with docks. This beautiful community is located on the north shores of the St Lucie River and houses the inland section of River Shores Plantation.
The condominiums of this community are a good size and boast two and three bedrooms with pool or lake views, some have the extra advantage of wide water views of the St Lucie River.
A new section was added to The Estuary in 2002 with smaller single-family homes with the use of a community pool. There is also a community dock here with ocean access through the St Lucie Inlet.
HOA fees are applicable on all homes and will vary depending on the home and which section of the community. HOA covers things that include general maintenance, swimming pool care, common areas and such like.
The Estuary is perfectly located for many things that include schools, golf courses, shopping, and downtown Stuart. Water based activities are a popular choice of recreation so grab your canoe, kayak, paddle board, and fishing gear and head to the St Lucie River for a fun filled day on the water.
Major highways are easy to join meaning you can visit many wonderful towns and cities such as Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens, and Orlando.
Stuart has many wonderful communities others include Dutcher Estates, Fork River, Krueger Estate, and Lost River Plantation.
