The South Palm Beach condo  building known as La Palma is situated on the waterfront at 2860 South Ocean Boulevard in South Palm Beach. This welcoming building with its plentiful palm trees makes even the entrance to the building scenic.

Spectacular sunsets happen from the pool deck and the many boats passing by make boat watching enchanting. A view of the Lake Worth Bridge complements the setting.

Minutes away are several attractions and amenities. The newly constructed Lake Worth Pier is a charming spot for residents to stroll and people watch.  For golfers, the Raymond Floyd Par 3 Golf Course, rated one of the best par 3 courses and noted in the “Top 50 in America” by Golf Digest, is a short drive. Tennis can be played at Phipps Ocean Park Tennis Center which features include six tennis courts with shaded shelters, a pro shop, and a spectator pavilion. The center offers leagues, private lessons, and mixers.  Phipps Ocean Park also a great spot and a public reserve with beautiful mature trees and boardwalk access to the beach. Within a 10-minute drive is Palm Beach dining and Worth Avenue shopping. Just south and west is The Kravis Center for the Performing Arts in downtown West Palm Beach.
