The South Palm Beach Condos are an incredible grouping of condominium buildings that are located on an exceptional strip of land between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway along S Ocean Boulevard. There are close to 60 buildings in this prime location in the Town of South Palm Beach that stretches north approximately 3½ miles from Manalapan to just below the estate section of Palm Beach.

The condominium buildings were limited to 5 stories to preserve the beauty of the real estate when building started in the 1960s. Development continued until 2007. These gorgeous buildings are ultra-luxurious with a resort-style living. The condos are oceanfront, facing the Atlantic Ocean with breathtaking views. Many of the buildings have wraparound terraces that offer both ocean views and views of the Intracoastal Waterway.

The northern most part of the South Palm Beach condos buildings house one of the most prestigious addresses. They are known as Sloans Curve I and II. All of the condo buildings located at the northern end of South Palm Beach are solely on the ocean side.

As you travel south on S Ocean Boulevard, the condo buildings offer locations on both sides of the roadway, both oceanfront and on the Intracoastal. The residences are noted for their spacious floorplans with balconies that capture views from all directions. The buildings are prized for their world-class amenities. Large and tranquil oceanfront pools with cabanas are steps from the beach. The grounds for these buildings are beautifully manicured and most of the condos have a 24-hour doorman, on-premises 24-hour manned security gatehouses, full-time managers, fitness centers, and club or party rooms available.

Bellaria is one of the newest South Palm Beach Condo buildings with construction completed in 2007. Quite sensational, this glamourous oceanfront complex has only 18 luxury residences. Ceilings heights are 10-11 feet, making them lavish in comparison to most of the other condo residences. Grand penthouses range in size up to approximately 8000 square feet. Part of the grandeur that this address offers to residents is the 14-17-foot ceilings with spectacular panoramic views of the Intercostal Waterway and floor-to-ceiling glass windows with 2 spacious terraces.

Many of the buildings offer on-premises tennis courts. Tennis can also be played at Phipps Ocean Park Tennis Center which includes 6 tennis courts with shaded shelters, a pro shop, and a spectator pavilion. The center offers leagues, private lessons, and mixers. Wonderful recreation can be enjoyed at this public facility. Phipps Ocean Park is a public reserve with beautiful mature trees and boardwalk access to the beach. The newly reconstructed Lake Worth Pier is also close by and remains a historic building with the 1920s architecture of the casino that it originally was. It is a charming spot for residents to stroll and people watch. For golfers, The Raymond Floyd Par 3 Golf Course is rated one of the best par-3 courses and ranked in the Top 50 in America by Golf Digest. It is a few minutes’ drive from any of the South Palm Beach Condo buildings.

Only a short 10-minute drive, enjoy Palm Beach dining and Worth Avenue shopping. The Kravis Center for the Performing Arts is a short drive away in downtown West Palm Beach, as are shops and entertainment venues.
