The Lakes at PGA National, Palm Beach Gardens, FL Homes for Sale

How many homes are located in PGA National?  Nearly 5000!  4959 homes in 40 separate subdivisions.  Some of the subdivisions contain over 400 homes.  On the other end of the spectrum is The Lakes.  The Lakes condos for sale rarely come about. There are only 16 condos in this small community within Canterbury at PGA National and they are rarely noticed.

The Lakes Condos are situated at Waterview Drive, just to the east of the majestic fountain of Canterbury.  Residents also get the added bonus of sharing amenities with Canterbury. Canterbury has a fabulous community pool with the only true clubhouse in PGA National.  The clubhouse is used for card games and lounging about.  I personally attended a wedding in Canterbury when one of our friends, Howard and Tracy Freeland renewed vows after 15 years of marriage.

These PGA National homes have lake views and contain two to three bedrooms.  They are moderately priced and offer tremendous value.  Volume ceiling and open floor plans with wide patios characterize this community.  Many have private garages with additional assigned parking and guest parking.

The HOA for The Lakes covers just about everything from cable to insurance to the water bill!  Easy access to Northlake makes the drive to Palm Beach International just 15-20 minutes away.  The same proximity to our famous Beaches, restaurants, and shopping is also close by.  Membership at PGA National is optional.  World class golf, tennis, exercise, croquet, and social activities is inexpensive and a huge plus when renting your home out or putting it on the market for resale.
