The Cove on is a small, private, gated enclave of 20 estate homes built in the late 2000s and ranging in size from about 3,000 square feet to around 6,000 square feet. All homes are waterfront and provide access to the Intracoastal Waterway and then out to the Atlantic Ocean for boating or fishing.

Located on an ideal piece of property adjacent to The Bear’s Club, there are two entrances, one on Donald Ross road across from Frenchman’s Creek, and the other on Palmwood Road across from Cypress Island.  Both entrances are gated and under spreading live oaks that are indigenous to this region.

You might consider these Palm Beach Gardens homes if you are interested in a fine estate home, a gated entrance, waterfront property, direct ocean access, and other luxury amenities like Saturnia flooring throughout, soaring ceilings, and double mahogany doors.

You might also consider The Cove if you like to play golf and have friends at other country clubs like Frenchman’s Creek, Frenchman’s Reserve, or Admirals Cove, since these clubs are less than 5 minutes away. You might also consider it if you like yachting or sailing, since Loggerhead Marina on Donald Ross Road, Soverel Harbour on Prosperity Farms Road, and Admirals Cove Marina are only 5 to 10 minutes away.  All of these marinas provide direct ocean access with no fixed bridges, so you can bring the largest yacht or sailboat into them.

With such an ideal location, shopping at The Gardens Mall, Downtown at the Gardens, or Midtown at the Gardens are only about 5 minutes away. And waterfront dining at The River House, Carmine’s, Seasons 52, or The Waterway Cafe are just up the road.
