The Cove is a small, private, gated enclave of 20 estate homes built in the late 2000s and ranging in size from about 3,000 square feet to around 6,000 square feet. All homes are waterfront and provide access to the Intracoastal Waterway and then out to the Atlantic Ocean for boating or fishing.
