It is rare to find communities of 55 and over in Northern Palm Beach. Many of them are generic without any real specialization other than mandating that residents be 55+. Ports O’ Call breaks the rules in that they combine 55+ into a boating community condominium complex.

These North Palm Beach Condos consist of 4 towers that are 5 stories high and were constructed between 1969 and 1980. All of these homes are 2 bedrooms with 2 baths and between 1020 square feet, and 1480 square feet for the largest end apartments. There are 172 units in all, and the views are simply gorgeous. Balconies overlook the marina, clubhouse and pool. Ports O’ Call  is also walking distance to North Palm Beach Country Club, and a public Jack Nicklaus hometown golf course, that Jack redesigned for just one dollar. How about that for a hometown discount!

This desirable subdivision offers much in amenities. Besides the wonderful community pool, there is a clubhouse, game room, exercise and fitness facility, boating and walking trails along the sidewalks. The condo owners association takes care of the common area and pays the real estate taxes, exterior and roof maintenance, lawn care, pool service, trash removal, covered parking, pest control cable and the elevator usage.

Residents love to have visitors over to watch the 4th of July fireworks and the yearly boat parade off the Intracoastal. 20 Yacht Club Drive, 21 Yacht Club Drive, 28 Yacht Club Drive and 29 Yacht Club Drive are located in North Palm Beach Florida 33408. This 55 and over waterfront community is located off of US-1, south of PGA Boulevard, just over Parker Bridge, to the light and turn left. Nearby US-1, PGA Boulevard, and Northlake are access to an array of restaurants, shopping, the beach and so much more.
