College Park is a neighborhood of single-family homes located alongside the Intracoastal in Lake Worth, Florida.
Created in 1925, the subdivision sold 90% of those first lots within the first 3 hours! Unique to College Park, each street here is named after an American university or college rather than numbers or letters. The community is recognized as a local historic district, and a portion of it is known to be a National Historic District.
