Port Dickinson homes are a small twenty-home, subdivision with many bordering on the Intracoastal Waterway and some having peaceful golf course views on the opposite side of the street. The majority of the Jonathan’s Landings homes have attached courtyards with separate guest houses. They range anywhere from 2,000 to 3,000 square feet under air. A few custom single-family homes were constructed on the Intracoastal and go up to 4,000 square feet. Homes on the Intracoastal have their own boat docks and lifts. Port Dickinson homeowners association (HOA) takes care of lawn care and exterior maintenance.

The easiest way to reach Port Dickinson is the South gate on Alternate A1A.  Residents take an immediate right and find the subdivision located behind Southport and the JL Marina. The JL Marina hosts your own yacht and is close by the Jupiter Inlet. The Marina is unique and is the most affordable type of country club with a Marina in the area. The golf courses are a challenge and the extra course at Old Trail at Ranch Colony, adds further fun and variety.

The club also has a strong tennis program, exercise, fitness center with trainers, card games, restaurants and endless social activities. The A1A entrance is close to Jupiter Beach for fabulous snorkeling, fishing, kayaking or just soaking in the sun on the white sandy beaches. Plentiful shopping is nearby, as are cultural events like the Maltz Theatre or the movies at Jupiter 18. The school district is strong in Jupiter and non-mandatory membership for the club, both boding well for resale.
