Tradewinds is a fairly new community on Hutchinson Island made up of just 14 townhomes. 10 of these homes were completed between 2012 and 2014 and the others completed in 2009.

The older units are the largest with living space being spread out over two and three floors, the new units are three bedrooms with reserved parking space. A HOA fee is in place which covers maintenance, insurance, and common areas. The association does allow up to two large pets.
