The Soundings is a tropical waterfront community on the Intracoastal Waterway in Hobe Sound. The homes are large extravagant single-family homes, most homes have private docks just feet from the backdoor. The private yards are tropically landscaped with mature palm trees go give you the holiday feel all year round.
The Soundings provides a great lifestyle for those that like to keep active. All residents have access to resort style community features. There is a large swimming pool with a great view, a clubhouse and community room to socialize at, tennis courts and a bike/jogging track. The private docks have room for boats up to 60 ft and 11,000 lb boat lifts.
The Heritage Ridge Golf Club is just ten minutes away. The 18-hole championship course is well known for its picturesque course. It was designed for any level of player so it doesn’t matter if you are just starting out or a veteran, you can make your game as challenging as you like. The club offers a golf academy, driving range, and a restaurant and bar overlooking the final holes. If you choose to become a member there are 3-month, 6-month or annual payment options available.
There are also several shops and services close by including a Publix Supermarket, a Winn Dixie, Redbox, banks, gas stations, a gym, McDonalds, Dunkin’ Donuts and many more family restaurants.
The A1A and US-1 are just a few minutes’ drive from The Soundings, so travelling between cities and towns is easy and stress free. In under half an hour you can be exploring Palm City or drive down to Boca Raton in just over an hour.
Other luxurious waterfront communities in Hobe Sound are Seven Oaks, Osprey Cove Yacht Club and Mystic Cove.
