Poinciana Gardens is a large neighborhood nestled amongst the lush greenery and lakes of Hobe Sound. The homes vary from luxurious single-family homes with large private yards to affordable homes with plenty of potential. At the center of the community is a large field area with mature trees and a lake, it’s the perfect place to have a picnic or take a book and have some time out.

Poinciana Gardens is close to some of the best parks Florida has to offer. Take a day trip to the beautiful Jonathan Dickinson State Park, just 15-minutes away. It’s a great place for those that enjoy hiking as it is home to the highest point in South Florida, Hobe Mountain. Once you reach the top you can take in the amazing views at the Hobe Mountain Observation Tower. There is also off-road biking, equestrian and hiking trails. The park has water access so you can also go boating, canoeing, and kayaking along the river.

You don’t need to travel too far for supplies as the shops at Island Crossings and the Market Place at Hobe Sound are 10-minutes from Poinciana Gardens. They have everything you need such as a Publix Supermarket, Redbox, a Winn-Dixie, hairdressers/barbers, banks, gas stations, McDonalds, Dunkin’ Donuts and several more family restaurants and services.

Poinciana Gardens is close to the I-95, A1A and the US-1, so travelling out of town is quick and easy. In under an hour you can get to Lake Worth or head north to Port Salerno for a day of fishing.

Other communities in lush Hobe Sound locations are Old Cypress Village, Loblolly and Jupiter Narrows.
