History of Addison Reserve

Addison Reserve Country Club welcomed its first residents in 1995, establishing a residential community centered around golf and country club amenities in western Delray Beach. The original clubhouse opened in 1996 and was later expanded, with a major 24,000-square-foot addition completed in 2010.

The community continued to evolve with the opening of the Esplanade in 2005 and the Lifestyle Complex in 2019. More recently, the 27-hole golf facilities underwent a renovation by Rees Jones, with the renovated courses and practice facilities completed in phases.
