He learned how to combine detail oriented operational skills with solid customer relations while in management. Howard was promoted to the Corporate Management Team within three years as the Director of Recruiting and Training for the 300+ employee company.
HIGHEST LEVELWhile working with Space Organizers, Howard was elected to the board of the Storage Sources Group, an international buying group, where it was his job to help negotiate contracts between suppliers and the group. He also was responsible for helping plan trade shows.INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCEAs an independent wine broker, Howard has executed international deals with corporations and conglomerates. While working with Echo Fine Properties, Howard is a part of a team currently managing the interests of national and international companies wanting to secure land and property in South Florida. All of his prior business experience has brought him to this point as a professional, effective real estate leader.
MARTIAL ARTS MASTERIn his spare time, Howard is a 20-year martial arts veteran and is the Administrator-Partner for the Jupiter Traditional Martial Arts dojo. With his group, he will often offer Women's Self Defense Seminars to those in the community to promote awareness and safety. Howard is a 22-year resident of Jupiter, Florida and raised his two sons, Jared and Peyton with his wife Tracey.
