Dan did a fantastic job of helping me and my now wife navigate through the chaos of buying our first house in a crazy market. He was extremely responsive to emails and texts and was always ready to go see houses with us at the drop of a hat. When it came time to make offers he was able to provide helpful and insightful advice regarding whether the house was priced fairly and what sort of offer was likely to be accepted. He was also extremely supportive after our first several offers were passed over or rejected time and time again. When our offer on our current house was accepted he was still an excellent source of information and helped us tremendously through the inspection, lending, and closing processes. Dan brings a wealth of wisdom and I appreciated his candor throughout the home buying experience. He also seemed legitimately invested in helping us find a home that made us happy for a reasonable price. I would happily use him again and would certainly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor that goes the extra mile and is not simply trying to make the easiest sale happen.
