The prospect of purchasing a second property can be and is a very enormous undertaking. It is particularly taxing when that property is 1500 miles away.
Working with Craig and his associates (Phineas Wish has to be recognized here) definitely helped relieve the concerns and stresses; they were my “eyes” in assessing property options, and in many cases, the video/audio previews were incredibly useful in aiding in our understanding of the nuts and bolts of available locations.
The channels of communication are crucial and it was so comforting to be heard and to have responses addressed in a timely manner. The whole experience was professionally and courteously executed.
