After having decided to purchase another home in South Florida we again reached out to you and had another positive experience. When you sold our home in 2005 at the PGA and was able to get the highest sale price in the development, needless to say we were more than pleased. Our most recent experience in purchasing a home in Ibis was another time you and your staff met all of our needs and made it painless. We worked with Sally Stepnes. She was absolutely amazing. Being from Pennsylvania we would travel down to Florida on the weekends. Sally was always available, have our days filled with appointments and spending as much time as we needed looking at the homes. She had details of each ready for us and was able to answer all of our questions. We found her to be very knowledgeable and professional. Once we would return home to PA, Sally would follow up with us, providing us with answers to all of our questions. She coordinated each element of the sale and closing, making it seamless and efficient. She was able to provide us with resources for many of needs.
