A review of my recent involvement in Real Estate.
I have had 2 recent experiences with Jeff Lichtenstein and Sally Stepnes in the past few months.
First they had listed my home for sale, which was one of the high value homes in the near market, and I had felt it would be very difficult to find a buyer. There had been very few homes of equal value, and getting someone to satisfy an appraisal in the current market wouldn’t be easy.
Lichtenstein prepared a brochure with photos that were professional done, including aerial photos and night photography that were second to none. Their association with Christie’s, LuxuryRealEstate.com, Illustrated Properties as well as their access on line and nationally viewed internet exposure enabled them to bring potential buyers. In addition several open house days were held.
They were able to find a client who not only qualified but ending up signing the contract, and continued on to a successful closing. Mr. Lichtenstein attended the closing and made sure all went well. All was handling on a timely basis.
Second, they found a condominium, that was exactly what I was looking for and helped me negotiate a satisfactory price.
They helped me complete a timely closing on the sell and the new purchase, so that I was not inconvenienced, and all went smoothly.
I would recommend them as a Real Estate broker to anyone who wants to feel confident that their agent would protect and serve them
